1. How Long does shipping take?

We will ship out the order within 1-2 business days after order placed.Shipping time takes 7-10 business days. 

2. Can I change my order or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order,please contact us via email: info@neatbond.com as soon as possible.Please note once the order has begun processing and a tracking number has created,we may not be able to modify or cancel your order. 

3. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or through the courier's tracking page.

4. Can I apply a coupon code after placing order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply coupon codes to orders after they have been placed. Please contact us within 24hours if you forgot to apply coupon codes and we will help you to reward the discount amount. To avoid further issues,please ensure to input your coupon code prior to ordering.

We offer standard ePacket shipping and expedited shipping DHL. All countries shipping cost based on product actual weight.
