Return and Refund Policy
At https://www.neatbond.com/ we are committed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer the following return, exchange and refund policy.
Please ensure you fully understand with policy below prior to your purchase:

Open Box Package items
Opened and used affecting secondary sales item
Clearance items
Personalized items
Disposable items
Items marked as"Non-Returnable" on the sales page.
b).Which items can be returned?
The items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.The items and any accompany free gifts must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.
We reserve the right to reject any return items show any signs of use,washed,scratches,marks or any kind of damage.
If the product is returned for non-quality problems,the customer need to pay the return delivery fee,please check with your local post office for the specific fee.
How to Return?
1.Contact us via email: info@neatbond.com with your order details and which item you would like to return and reason for return.
2.Send photos to show the item in original condition,including tags and packaging.
3.We will provide the return address once the return is approved.Please do not send your return item to the address on the package.
4.Send the tracking number to us after you returned back the goods.
5.Once received the returned goods,a refund takes about 7 business days to proceed.
6.We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.
How to File a Warranty Claim?
If you believe the product you received is defect,please follow below steps:
1.Contact us: Reach out to our customer service team at: info@neatbond.com within warranty period.
2.Provide Defect Details: Include order number,description for defect issues,photos or videos for defect details.
3.Return and Refund:We will send you detailed instructions how to return the item once received all your information within 2 business days.We will send new good quality product within 7 business days if you need to replace the bad quality ones.We will refund you within 2 business days if you need refund for bad quality products.
How to Cancel Order?
You can cancel your order prior to shipment proceeded and we will refund you within 1-2 business days once order canceled successfully.You can not cancel the order if the product already shipped out.Please contact us for return request when you received the parcel.
How to Exchange Order?
You can contact us to exchange the product before the product shipped out.But due to the timeline for processing exchanges and limited nature of our stock inventory, we usually recommend to place a new order for the item you would like to exchange.We will refund you within 1 business day for the order not shipped out and you can place a new order after received refund.

How to Get a Refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned items,we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.We will issue a refund within 7 business days.The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and customer are responsible for return shipping costs unless the the product is defective and incorrect.
